Breads and Pastries

Assalamualaikum..bonjour!!

Bila mention FRANCE apa yg first sekali terlintas dlm kotak fikiran yang cerdik lagi bijaksana korang tuh..????.haaaa... kantoi la tu.. mesti Eiffle Tower kan..kan..?? ni ha...


Jangan tak tau.. ada orang bila dengar France jer terus terfikir.. french bread, french pasta, pastries..voila..! ni nak citer pasal roti n pastries laa......hmmm..sedap kan.kan..?

Mula-mula stay sini.. tak teringin pun nak makan roti ke.. atau yang sewaktu dengannya lah..so, my husband first thing dia beli betul-betul time sampai rumah ialah croissant..haa..ni rupa dia..penah tgk kan..alaa..kat Giant banyak.. huhu..


Tapi.. dia punya rasa punya lah sedap..itu lah bezanya dgn yang kat Giant tuh..my angels pun suka sangat. Satu lagi I dah mention dalam entri sebelum ni.. all time favourite *baguette*..ni lah yang kita selalu cakap "roti perancis" tuu..

WOW....!!! Francais tradition.. rasa dia kalo panas baru masak..memang crispy sangat kat luar n lembut kat dalam. Sedap dimakan begitu sahaja or cicah dengan mushroom soup or kuah masak lomak cili api..mueheheh...serius..sedap..! Baguette juga selalu digunakan untuk buat sandwich..bestnyer.. terasa lapar pulak yer.. Tapi..kalau lama-lama dibiarkan tidak disimpan dalam bekas tertutup boleh digunakan untuk mengetuk paku di dinding.. keras macam batu.. patah gigi den.. !

Habis cerita baguette.., pasal tart pulak.. peerrgghh sedapnya tak terkata.. memang french specialty la kalau bab pastries ni...cer tengok gambar ni.. 


Tartelette fraise (tart straberry) beli kat boulangerie yang terdekat. Sekarang ni dah ramai yang buat bisnes kuih tart kecik-kecik tu kan...? lebih kurang gitu lah rasa dia kot...kat strawberry tu letak macam syrup laah..Best! Banyak lagi jenis roti dan pastri yang terdapat kat dalam satu bakery tu..masuk kedai tu terus je lapar..tapi dalam banyak-banyak pastri dan roti kat situ..tetap tak leh challenge the best Malaysian pastry n roti - KARIPAP and opkos la ROTI CANAI !! betul tak???
